Initial review:
The Boots arrived on time thanks to UPS. About a week after placing the order. I guess the boots were in stock.
I put my foot in a measuring device and it read 13 E width. I ordered 13 and the website did did not specify D or E width, but I assumed the boots would be close to E width since that is the average boot width that is not called a "wide width". My toes are not touching the inner front of boot, but the fit is slightly tight.
I preferred to get a boot with leather lining. The bottom of the footbed is synthetic and I think the inner sides are leather.
While wearing my boots for a day yesterday and today, I started feeling sore at the bottom of my foot right behind the toes. The soreness stops overnight.
I think the leather will stretch over time. Perhaps after the boots are broken in, they will be more comfortable. I would say it is tolerable to wear them now.

After 2 weeks I have to give these boots a thumbs down overall. I had another pair of boots with a raised heel and they were not very comfortable after a long walk.

Well I did say I would give a one month review and I had these boots for more than that time now.
The outsole is wearing and the heel is separating at the front corner of both heels.
My feet get sore after about an hour of walking and then I want to rest for a bit.
I think I want to try a leather outsole version some time.
I am not able to confirm at this time if these boots are good use for welding but I have read that pull on boots are better in case hot slag falls in your boot and you want to take it off in a hurry.
These boots are advertised as being resolable, so that is one option to consider if the sole wears down enough and I want to save the rest of the boot.
I rate these boots 3 out of 5.
The website is footwearbyfootskins.com for those who have not searched it yet.
